At Smartphone Balance, we envision a future where mindful tech habits are the norm. A world where online safety and digital wellbeing are prioritised, and people use technology with awareness and intention, so it truly enhances life rather than distracts and steals from it.
Mission
The problem is already here. Too many of us are spending hours mindlessly scrolling, browsing the web, or constantly checking our phones, often without even realizing it.
But at what cost?
We’re trading precious moments of our lives for digital noise, short-lived content, and carefully engineered distractions, often manipulated by algorithms and personalised ads designed to keep us hooked. Draining our time, and taking our attention away from the things that truly matter. Our growing technological dependency can leave us feeling overwhelmed, emotionally distant, and have a negative impact on our wellbeing, relationships, and sense of balance.
My mission is to raise awareness around our digital habits and create mindful tech solutions that help you take control. By becoming conscious of how we use technology, we can reclaim our time and restore our wellbeing. We need to move beyond automatic habits or external pressures and reconnect on our own terms. With intention, purpose and presence, both on and off the screen.
